Check whether our confirmation e-mails reached you!

We send within 10 minutes after payment:

1. a receipt of the payment  (to the e-mail address that you indicated under ‘billing’)
2. an information mail to the student (with all relevant instructions)

Our mails are generated automatically, and therefore may end up in spam-folders or promotion folders!

You might need to add our e-mail address to your contacts (especially if you use gmail/hotmail), so that you don’t miss future important information.

If you booked for someone else, please, ask the student to check whether he/she got the welcome mail with instructions.
